The bus drivers never got out there seats to lower the ramps we were seen as a problem and treated like it very rude

This was the first time we had used a mobility aid. Would be nice to have more covered parking for the units in case of bad weather.

The people in the Sequoia Lodge were very helpful in looking after the scooter when I wasn't using it. Excellent service all round.
