I had ordered a folding scooter but after going into Altea and back realised I couldnt cope with it so phoned butterfields and they arrainged to bring me another one that was much better although they asked for a delivery charge for the new one said it was because it was so far away .I didnt mind paying as obviously i couldn't manage without. It ran smoothly 99 % of the time but for some reason it stopped on a crossing and a woman helped my husband push it across the rd it had gone into neutral so put it back into gear and took key out put it back in and it went fine

Altea has fantastic access for disabled people. Such a great place to visit.

Altea is beautiful and they have done what they possibly can to help wheelchair/mobility scooter users it is hilly in some parts but lots of flat to go at
