I would like a refund. My dad never used it because it never held a charge.

Barcelona was a beautiful city! We had read many questionable reports of locals not being very polite to foreign visitors and the proliferation of pickpockets. However I think it was nothing more than normal precautions that were prudent for a safe and enjoyable time. My wife is 58 and I’m 67 and we felt very safe and comfortable for the 8 days we were there. We had a wonderful time and would very much enjoy a return trip one day!

Just for the nature of the city we found getting around was great. The chair coped brilliantly with the journeys made.

A few areas of the metro were hard to navigate with a wheelchair. But overall, very good.
