Tours were not really “disabled friendly”. Once in had a mobility device I was told I couldn’t take tour with rest of group. So I ended up paying for a tour I did not get.

Some curbs did not have ramps, some cobble stones were inaccessible. Generally areas were adapted for handicapped use.

He was able to see most places we went too. The most limited was the actual Vatican. But was able to see sistene chapel. The balance of Rome was great.
