I was a little wary when I saw the company wasn't in the same country as me, especially when I received an email asking for passport numbers but I shouldn't have worried, everything went very smoothly and if I ever find myself in the same position I would definitely use again

My daughter who lives in Reykjavik and collected the Scooter in her car for me, it was all charged, nice and clean and spot on, thank you so much. I dropped it off in my hire car and your staff came out to help and removed it from the car, the lady could not have been more helpful, thank you so much

We didn't have any issues at any of the places we visited, even the smallest cafe made room for us and were extremely helpful.

This was our first experience using a wheelchair for more that going from the dr office to the car and the like. Reykjavik is hilly, many shops/restaurants are not wheelchair friendly with more than 3 steps at the entrance or bathrooms requiring use of stairs. Others such as Lebowski's have ramps and were helpful and welcoming!
