What happens if a user cancels their reservation?
You have full control. You can set the cancellation policy for your rentals. If a user cancels outside the cancellation policy or in case of a no-show, we will charge the corresponding fee to the customer's account and transfer it to your account.
Do you charge fees for credit card payments?
No, everything is included in the rental commission.
Can I request a reservation prepayment?
Yes, we can request a prepayment on your behalf. This way, the customer guarantees their interest in the reservation and rental to us.

How do I receive money from confirmed reservations?
For your confidence, we work with Stripe. At the time of the reservation, the customer pre-pays through our payment gateway the agreed 15% and the rest is paid in-store upon delivery of the equipment. In addition, we guarantee that if a user cancels outside the cancellation policy or in the event of a no-show, we will charge the corresponding fee to the customer's account and transfer it to your account.
