Die Lieferung und Abholung war per WhatsApp super kommuniziert. Schnell, einfach und völlig problemlos. Sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben den Scooter sogar am Abend davor schon bekommen ( ohne Aufpreis)

Wahrscheinlich war ich zu spät dran mit meiner Buchung für einen Rollstuhl für Prag. Es war von diesem Dienstleister leider keiner mehr verfügbar. Gegen einen Aufpreis wurde mir von einem anderen Vermieter ein Rollstuhl gebracht. Leider nicht zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit sondern am Abend davor.

This is absolutely nothing to do with this company but unfortunately the vast majority of shops and cafes in Prague have a large step that the mobility scooter can’t get up. However, my mother wouldn’t have seen anything at all if it wasn’t for this company so a huge thank you for the excellent service provided

Wir haben in einem Hotel in der Altstadt gewohnt. Manchmal ist es etwas anstrengend den Rollstuhl über das Kopfsteinpflaster zu schieben. Wir würden das nächste Mal einen elektrischen Rollstuhl nehmen.
