In general, it was easy to navigate the wheelchair, but there were some cobblestone areas that made it a little difficult some of the hills as well. The wheelchair definitely did make it easier overall though.

Sitges is quite hilly and some ramps on the main roads and even the pharmacies not thought through. Could do with more accessible options.
