I say average only because I was not really in Madrid this trip. I spent my time in the Comunidad Valenciana (Alicante, Valencia and Castellon) and the accessibility rate in all 3 provinces I would categorize as Poor.

Madrid was very accessible and my son was really pleased he could join in with us and get to the places we could this is not always the case in major cities
