This was my first time renting a wheelchair while traveling, and I could not be happier! It was much easier than trying to travel with my personal chair. It was waiting for me at my hotel, and I was able to drop it off there right before I went to the airport. It was so easy. I will absolutely be using this company the next time I travel.

The hotel had limited wheelchair access

San Diego does not have automatic doors in a lot of places where you would expect them (hotels, convention centers, etc). It makes it very difficult while in a wheelchair with muscle weakness in the arms.
