I have found the service to be excellent. I needed to cancel my first reservation due to a serious illness in the family. I received both a refund and 2 emails with consolations for the illness. I was very touched! Every thing easy to schedule and get questions answered.

Having the scooter delivered and picked up at the hotel made our vacation stress free.
