I really appreciated the fact that it could be dropped off and picked up in two different places. We had it dropped off at our hotel the day before our cruise (easier than them trying to find us at the port) and then picked up at the port - I think he even parked the car to find us instead of just driving up the pick up lanes (which is what I thought he would do - I thought it was the easier option!) The driver was always in contact with me, very polite, and courteous.

It was ridiculously cold - not motion4rents fault. The language barrier was very evident and surprising. My little Spanish couldn't help much. I thought employees of the hotel and the tourist industry would have enough skill in the local language to accommodate the tourists
