Nous sommes rester dans un grand périmètre central, dès que nous rencontrions des difficultés (minimes), il y a eu toujours des gens pour nous aider.

Interesting question. Whilst the city is a challenge due to the hills, if you have a strong companion you can get around with relative ease. The attractions, bar, restaurant and hotel staff as well as the general public were always helpful. Public transport is also accessible.
