The equipment was not in a good shape, as we helped a customer of the King David hotel to rent a scooter, we expected to have a key instead of a screw as key for the scooter. Also it might be advisable to have bigger scooter available with armrests. Especially when you see that the price of rental is more or less the price of a new disability scooter. If the equipment is not updated we will not rent for our customers any more.
