Your website could do with some improvement and the UK phone number was answered by a machine in Spanish. Which I didn’t understand. However the people in the shop in Bilbao were absolutely brilliant

I was happy with the service provided by Motion4rent. When it turned out that the wheelchair I had requested was not available during my rental period, the team was helpful in finding a suitable solution. I also appreciated their assistance when the local store was unable to open at the requested pickup time. The support team was very helpful when issues arose. However, a more proactive approach to confirming equipment availability and pickup logistics could further improve the customer experience.

I was impressed with the city generally from a mobility point of view - lots of accessible ramps. More drop-kerbs would be a big improvement.
