The service is excellent since we arrived in the Hotel with the wheel chair we needed. The only one small problem is the brake, one iss quiet hard.

One exhibit was closed to us because of lifts out of order, everywhere and everyone else was more than accommodating. It did get tight when visiting a Flee market, but a bit of patience won out.

Vienna is very accessible to the disabled, really at a high level in terms of transportation. We just need more information about accessible taxis for the disabled with a ramp or elevator because it was difficult for us to get one.

Tarmac paths would be better than gravel for wheelchairs at Schonbrun and Belvedere. Vienna City streets and trains very good on the whole.. Many buildings accessible and staff helpful.
