Communication was great, and it was easy to book and pay for my scooter in advance from the USA before I flew into Copenhagen. The local scooter facility was easy to work with as well.

Miete und Anlieferung perfekt. Wir wollten den Rollstuhl einen Tag länger behalten. Kommunikation vor Ort klappte gut, irgendwie klappte es dann doch nicht.

Had cushions to soften roll on cobblestones as a prior review had suggested that so that was helpful.

Some areas are paved with pebbles and not all the momumental places are fully accessible if you are in a wheelchair. But most if the town was very enjoyable, as always

More places accessible by wheel chair than in Norway. But the cobble stone paving is terrible when in a chair almost without suspension.
