Alfonso was great. I didn’t know that he apartment I rented in Malaga had some stairs as well as the described lift. He was able to provide me with an alternative, more appropriate, mobility scooter straight away. Helpful and pleasant.

Mostly the pathway are smooth and easy to drive a mobile on. In some areas of the Historic Centre the paving is not really suitable. Visited the Picasso Gallery and the Carmen Thyssen Gallery both highly accessible with helpful staff. The Alcazaba is not really suitable for scooters or wheelchairs as the lift doors are in a position that make getting in and out difficult and it was not possible to use the scooter around the site. I got off my scooter and used my crutches. It was worth it as it is not too big to walk around and is very beautiful.

Excellent service. WhatsApp available for queries. Scooters were waiting for us when we got there. Very easy to access Malaga. A great success.
