Change of collection point was awful as it was a long way from our hotel and the pharmacy had relocated which meant further walking distance .

My wife and I are on a 3 city tour in Europe - Amsterdam, Brugge, and Paris. We requested a rollator for each city. Upon arrival at each destination the rollerator had been delivered. But the story does not end there. I had screwed up the delivery and pick up dates of the rollator between Brugge and Paris. As soon as I made Motion4rent aware of my mistake, they immediately rearranged my dates. Excellent service. I would not hesitate to rent mobility equipment from them again.
