We used the wheelchair service including the drop off and pick up at our hotel and the delivery driver was super courteous and polite and the wheelchair was early both times (drop off and pick up)

We were very hesitant to rent a motorized wheelchair in Florence but it proved to be a an amazing piece of equipment zipping over cobblestones and rough streets. Mateo was so helpful and responsive whenever we encountered a problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to utilize your company again.

We rented a manual wheelchair as mom is able to walk a little. Keep in mind that there are hilly areas and uneven pavement. The operator needs to be in shape!

I’m so grateful we rented a motorized wheelchair for my husband. We worried about his keeping up with us. As it turned out, we had a hard time keeping up with him.
