People were sometimes unhelpful and impolite in public places and on trains when mobility support (i.e. access to seating) was required and in some places available wheelchairs were broken or we were not permitted to use them.

Some places were not bmvery accessible but in general people were always helpful with accessability.

Area we visited (Munich City Center) was very user friendly for the disability scooter - did not have any issues at all
