Several lifts on the BVG system were out of order which sometimes caused problems trying to get to some tourist sights. II hardly came across any dropped kerbs through the centre, even if the kerbs were not too high. They still caused a lot of pain as I crossed the road.

Some of the museums including the one I want to go to had all their elevators for those who were mobility impaired inaccessible
