Horrible. Llamé al número de la tienda física de Madrid varias veces al tener ese problema y nadie cogía el teléfono. El problema lo tuvieron que gestionar desde Barcelona, fueron muy amables y efectivos por WhatsApp pero al cambiarme la silla el manillar estaba deteriorado. Lo peor es que quedamos en que pasarían a las 20 h por la recepción de mi hotel el viernes para recogerla y se presentaron a la mañana siguiente cuando ya habíamos abandonado el hotel. Menuda falta de profesionalidad.

The street pavements surface where the stone like pebbles risen in the concrete slabs on approach to pedestrian crossings and broken slabs on the pavements are too hazardous to negotiate with the wheelchair that was provided to me. I would recommended that any future customers should use a wheelchair with pneumatic tyres. As in a couple of occasions I was nearly tipped out.
