My first time ordering a mobility device. A little confusion on my part, which was cleared up quickly. Motion Rents manages the rental, takes the initial deposit, and a company (associate?) does the delivery ( my guess). I didn't recognize the name of the delivery company that needed the balance ( delivery fee). Motion Rents confirmed that the delivery company works with them. Everything was cleared up with a single text.

For the most part things in the city were very accessible. There were limitations with rough stony streets around Plaza San Jacinto but it is the stony streets that give it its charm.
