Service was great dropped & collected wheelchair to and from hotel thank you

Communication from the supplier needs improvement. Scooter was not collected on agreed date, collected the following day in the afternoon. No notice or apologies given and no response to my email requesting when it would be collected. Not very professional customer service.

Accessibility was patchy Either quite good or very inadequate.

A lot needs to be done to improve wheelchair access
