Like any city, there are limitations when using a wheelchair. There are not enough dropped kerbs and some very narrow pavements so you have to use the roads. The cobbled surfaces can be uncomfortable to travel over in a chair but that’s part of the charm of Florence. Absolutely beautiful city with many wonderful sites to explore.
