Team was very nice and spoke enough English that we were able to communicate effectively. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

If you have balance issues, definitely rent equipment. Uneven streets and sidewalks can be challenging and it’s better to be safe.

I stayed at Oceana Riviera Paradise in an accessible suite and it was quite accessible. There were steps to get into some of the stores on the resort, but aside from that I had access to the entire area.
