❌ Disappointing experience with Butterflies in Benidorm I had booked a folding scooter with remote control, which could easily fit into my car trunk. When I arrived, I was told it was "broken" and they offered me a completely different model — one that had to be dismantled into three parts (seat, battery, and rear wheels). It was very inconvenient to take it apart and reassemble it for every single trip. Other negative points: I was forced to leave a cash deposit, even though a credit card hold (VISA) was supposed to be accepted. Staff insisted on photocopying my VISA card, including the expiration date and security code. I refused at first, but they said I wouldn’t get the scooter without it. This is a serious security risk. Even though the scooter itself worked, I do not recommend Butterflies in Benidorm. Unreliable service and questionable practices.

I will not publish my review publicly because I realise that butterfields mobility also must carry blame.I suggest you ask them to provide a partial refund to you, and that you make that refund to me . Absolutely ruined my experience of wanting to use a scooter.
