Having used mobility scooters for many years I had very little trouble navigating the streets and pathways, however it would have been nice to have better dropped kerbs to cross roads and some rules in place to stop drivers from parking across the dropped kerbs that were available hence preventing wheelchairs, mobility scooters etc from crossing.
