Vienna is great for People with a disability. However the tourists remain idiote and do not consider People with disabilities.

Very accessible. Probably one of the best accessible cities in Europe by far. People were also very nice, friendly, and helpful - thank you

We very often encountered public transport by old trams that didn't have a ramp, or too full with people who occupied the wheelchair space and we were all the time instructed by the driver to "take the next one". Some of the drivers were really rude, showing their dislike to get out and open the ramp, when one existed. Also many restaurants and cafés without ramp.
