The rental service itself went smoothly, and I am satisfied with that. However, I have serious concerns regarding the administrative side of the transaction. I have not received any document confirming my payment for the service. I booked the service through your company, which I assume operates in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The payment was made on behalf of the company I work for. I therefore require a valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice, receipt, or any other official payment document. We are a legally registered business and are required to account for all business expenses for tax purposes. Every transaction must be properly documented. I would appreciate it if you could send me the appropriate document as soon as possible.
