Schmale Altstadtgassen, hohe, schmale Bürgersteige, keine Rampen, ÖPNV nicht überall mit Rollstuhl nutzbar, Istanbul ist daher nur sehr eingeschränkt für die Nutzung eines Rollstuhls geeignet

Accessibility was limited around the city. Many places there were no drop kerbs or ramps sometimes there was a ramp one side and not the other side so I had to get out to be able to get the chair up. Luckily I was able to do this but lots of wheelchair users are not able to so would be stuck. Someone may e needs to do a tour around so.e of the sights in a chair to see how hard it is to navigate.
