Lisbon is a very old city but the wheelchair helped enormously

The tour bus company were very helpful and accommodated the wheelchair. The area around the cruise terminal was flat and wheelchair friendly as was the area around the Cathedral and nautical museum. Other areas were not as wheelchair friendly. We did enjoy our visit to Lisbon though.

Phenomenal Service! Made our Lisbon Trip Truly Accessible and Memorable I cannot recommend Motion4rent and their Lisbon agency partner, Gestos Ageis, highly enough. Both companies deserve a 10-star rating for their exceptional service from start to finish. The Best Parts: Flawless Delivery: The mobility scooter was delivered to our hotel a full day prior to the start of the rental, which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful for planning. The scooter was also in very good condition. Easy Commuting in Lisbon: The scooter made commuting around Lisbon very easy, allowing us to have a truly memorable and accessible trip. Outstanding Communication: Gestos Ageis was responsible for the delivery and pickup, and they were truly understanding, efficient, and reliable. They kept in excellent contact with us prior to our visit via WhatsApp & solving every query we had. Constructive Feedback: Pavement Challenge: Our only minor feedback is that since many of Lisbon's pavements are cobblestones, maneuvering the scooter was occasionally difficult. For future clients visiting areas with similar terrain, a slightly more sturdy version of the scooter might be beneficial to handle the rougher surfaces more easily. Overall: A big thank you to Motion4rent and Gestos Ageis for providing such a top-tier, reliable service. They were professional, communicative, and truly made our experience fantastic.

Well, there is a lot of cobblestone. But where there’s a smooth payment it’s good. I was staying in old town District so lots of cobblestone.
