Needed to ask advice how to find pathway and entrance to Cathedral , passage is via a sidestreet and access into Cathedral is via the shop/store at Cathedral. I didn't notice any access signs for wheelchair users. I found people very eager to assist, very pleasant and helpful and a beautiful city to visit. We had a very special time there.

This is a very old town so it is understandable the the adaptability is poor
