I used the equipment exclusively at Atlantis and it worked out very good.

Very non accessible for mobility impaired person

Nassau has occasional challenges in mobility - requiring riding in the street (no sidewalk), or lack of ramps to street level, but those were fortunately few, and we are able to walk/step down limited distances and had companions that could help with the scooters.
