We were on a river cruise. Paris is doable with a wheelchair but not public transportation. Uber!

Thoroughly enjoyed it but Montmartre is a hard slog for wheelchair users, hilly and cobbles, however I knew this from my research for our holiday and it didn't detract from enjoying it.
