Delivery and collection of the mobility scooter was prompt, at the arranged time. Both of your staff that I met were professional and friendly, and answered questions where they were able. More precise information about the mileage would have been helpful. Also more information about insurance coverage in case of the scooter being stolen would have been useful.

The drop off and delivery was good, but I've emailed many times asking for an invoice that says we have paid (so that we can claim the hire cost in Australia, we need an invoice or receipt). I still haven't received an invoice or receipt, which is disappointing. So when we needed to hire a scoter for the next part of our holiday, I went with another company to ensure I got an invoice.

The Aquabus ferry is not as accessible as they claim. Their ramps are way too steep. Also be prepared to have a miserable, frustrating experience trying to find the accessible way into the Vancouver Lookout. Also they only tell you after paying and getting to the top that a large amount of the windows are too high to see through unless you can stand. Otherwise Vancouver was pretty good for accessibility and people were generally very helpful where needed.

it is hard to get into shops (eg. gastown), otherwise great
