Customers appreciate Boston's accessible public transit, with friendly subway staff and reliable wheelchair ramps, plus affordable taxis. The rental service earns praise for responsive support and follow-up care. However, visitors note that older neighborhoods feature uneven brick sidewalks that can be challenging; customers recommend planning routes through newer areas of the city where streets are smoother and more accessible.

I was very pleased with the contact from Boston Orthopedics. I had trouble finding the wheelchair at the hotel. I had to call Boston Orthopedics to find out about the drop off information. After I knew it had been dropped off, I was able to get help to find it. Boston Orthopedics followed up with a call to make sure I was able to pick up the wheelchair.

I was very pleased with the subway wheelchair access. All the conductors were very friendly and quick to come and put down the ramp for entry and exit.
