All services were executed as planned and communicated. Wheelchair rental was present on arrival to our hotel. The wheelchair functioned as expected. At the end of our stay we left the chair as instructed with the hotel concierge.

It would be a lot better if you provided a simple instruction. Maybe shoot a short video and put it on YouTube, then give your clients a QR code to watch the tutorial.
