We were there following a snow storm Only a few sidewalks had been cleared. And the uncleared sidewalks were not negotiable Can share this information but as anonymous

Shops not great many shops and bars inaccessible lots of steps up into shops or down into cellars …. People try to help as much as they can , but much isn’t easy .

The streets and crossings are very accessible and many of the store and restaurants were accessible as well. People were often willing to help if needed.
