We were such a terrible sight, another visitor at the Louvre tried to help us adjust the wheel, and a waiter at a restaurant we were passing asked if we were okay. There were 4 of us, and we had to take turns pushing/adjusting wheel if we pushed forward, or pulling with one person on each side so that we didn't have to also walk backwards on sidewalks. If we had a chair that pushed smoothly I think navigating Paris would have been fine, but with the chair we had it was scary and stressful (for pushers and passenger). Stopping in the middle of the crosswalk because the tire is stuck was not welcome by anyone, and often did not allow us to get to the other side before the walk signal turned red.

Inside the buildings is no problem. Almost everywhere there is an elevator or a ramp.

All tourist attractions are easily accessible, including the Eiffel Tower. The staff at these locations are very attentive and always willing to help. Public transport is fully adapted, which is a great help when you want to visit more distant tourist attractions.

The centre of paris is not scooter friendly at all disneyland paris was great
