Malaga really isn't bad, accessibility-wise! Other than the Alcazaba, it was easy to see lots of attractions and get around the city. The best accessible washroom of my whole trip was on Muelle Uno, in the mall/restaurant area.

Málaga itself was really excellent in terms of accessibility! And all the people in Málaga were very kind hospitable.
