The boulevard to Estoril is great and heading west using the biking path is a great journey along the coast

Love cascais but footpaths were very difficult to navigate due to small and poorly fitting tiles. Very hard to walk with a broken ankle. Also difficult to push a wheelchair. buildings and hotels were often invalid unfriendly with no banisters and many steps to navigate. There must not be legislation in Portugal to force businesses to have wheelchair access. My friends were very patient
