the resort we stayed at (Eldorado Seaside Plams) is not very handicap accessible.

The walkways to and from the restaurants/pool is very difficult to maneuver even for me with no reduced mobility.

I do not recommend the Occidental Tucancún resort for people with mobility issues. While there are ramps, they are steep, and far out of the way. Not very manageable without motorized equipment.
