Our hotel attempted to have our beach chair returned without even asking us, then subsequently called us twice to complain about the chair and some of the wheelchair bathrooms at the hotel were too small to fit a chair in and close the door without significant difficulty. The service at the airport however was very efficient for people with reduced mobility.

Highly recommend them for mobility needs. Easy to arrange for drop off and pick up.

the resort we stayed at (Eldorado Seaside Plams) is not very handicap accessible.

The walkways to and from the restaurants/pool is very difficult to maneuver even for me with no reduced mobility.
