We stayed at Aqua plaza Hotel in Antalya and we found no issues with regards our mobility around all of their facilities. We had infact excellent access. It was when we left the hotel grounds and on any of the excursions that we found access very poor. We could not use our mobility scooters on the majority of the excursion and the one we could use them, we could only use it on part of the day and had to miss the rest of the site seeing in a cafe waiting for our return. The guy who sold us all the excursion knew of our mobility issues and the fact we both used scooters and he said all was no problem and let them know we had to take with us. Yes the transport knew we had scooters and went out of their way to help fit them on the bus. Part dismantal and put in the Isle and on spare seats. Its at the arrival of the excursion that he must have known we couldn't use them. The local people and the bus driver tried to help us and even tried pushing us on parts but obv we stopped them and waited for the return back to hotel.
