All streets appeared to be tiled and navigating roads was exhausting for me as I suffer from MS.

Malaga really isn't bad, accessibility-wise! Other than the Alcazaba, it was easy to see lots of attractions and get around the city. The best accessible washroom of my whole trip was on Muelle Uno, in the mall/restaurant area.
