The company used didn’t provide a service for a person with mobility issues. Another company turned up and did, I also asked the port security and they were more than happy to accommodate them. It was awful walking in 35 degree heat to collect it. A mobility scooter should ALWAYS be dropped at the port and normally is, this 3rd party company didn’t, they were also late for collect which means my transfer bus was late to the airport, not the service I would expect and far from what I have previously had.
