Pleased with service as scooters were necessary for elderly parents who struggle to walk far. It made our holiday much more pleasant and trouble free. The scooters were decent quality. However, scooters were delivered 40 mins late approx and when I called after 10 mins, person hung up on me. Rang again and was hung up on again. Third time was ignored. Approx 10 mins later a person called me back and told me scooters were on the way. I assume that person who initially answered didn't speak English though that's no excuse. Could have at least told me an English speaker would call me back. When scooters were delivered, driver was friendly and showed me how they worked. Scooter charging is not that obvious and its important to read instructions though on one Manuel they could have been clearer. I assumed it was more straight forward and thought scooter was charged over night but wasn't as I hadn't taken the right steps and it run out of battery leaving me thinking it was broken. I had exchanged some what's app messages with owner/employee and he told me how to recharge it saying that may be the issue. I tried it and all was resolved. One of the scooters was a 3 wheeler which made it less stable and at one point my father toppled over. Would be good if all scooters are 4 wheelers to provide greater stability. Scooters were collected on time which was good as had airport transfer to catch an hour later. I recommend that all employees learn just a few English phrases so can communicate with English speakers and tell them that an English-speaking employee will call them back if necessary. Also recommend that a 2 min video be made and sent to customers for each different scooter outlining: 1. How to use 2. How to charge 3. Resolving possible problems

Krakow has some cobble stones which makes it a rough ride occasionally. However there are lots of smooth parts also. There are lots of high curbs to navigate and one has to often drive to end of pavement or look carefully to find a dropped curb to avoid damaging scooter or risking injury. However, this wasn't mostly a problem. In one part, we came across a bridge and scooters had to navigate a difficult up hill ramp alongside steps. As one scooter was a 3 wheeler, this had to be carried up steps as the ramp was on 2 tracks with a gap in the middle. We only came across 1 or 2 of these bridges and mostbpeople likely wont
