No dropped kerbs anywhere, the kerbs are very, very high and sometimes have to travel a mile or more before finding a place to cross the main coastal roads or alternatively travel with the road vehicles which can be daunting in Albania. Only thing that helped was using the cycle lane, which again bike and electric scooters travel very fast around you. The cycle lane is not continuous, so still need to plan where you can cross or if the road has to be used.
